2018 Spring Lecture Series #4 – Protecting Your Garden from Deer: Plants and Props

March 29 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

$8.00

Beth Burrell is a featured educator at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, writer for Virginia Gardener magazine and horticulturist for Cedarfield, a 97-acre retirement community in Henrico County. Beth and her husband have designed and planted nationally recognized gardens on their 2-acre property, that include a kitchen garden, a conifer and cut flower garden and a display garden. As wooded areas fill with new housing developments, gardeners face the challenge of coping with deer in the landscape. Beth will provide strategies from plants to props to protect your garden from deer.
